Even the most confident person to the outside has moments where they would appreciate more confidence. For the rest of us mere mortals, Here are some tips to improve self-confidence.

1. Stop putting yourself down

We all have an inner voice. You know, one who is harassing you if you ever get any bad thing. You would not let anyone else tell you that tone of voice, so do let do not either! It takes a little practice, but the main thing is that whenever you hear yourself criticize you, that voice to go (your choice on your politeness when you do that!)

2. Play your strengths

You're good, not bad things if you do. Play these forces. Do more things that you excel. You will also find improvements in your confidence as you become more successful at them. Success breeds success so it will spill over into other areas of your life.

3. Stop being so negative!

Reduce your consumption of negative things. Turn off the news. Do not read a newspaper. These two elements can be scary, but others tell you if something actually important hits the news. Do not be negative about yourself – or stop saying you'll never be any good at what it is. Whenever possible, do let others be negative about you either.

4. Set achievable goals

Place them in step by step. You would not climb a whole mountain in one giant leap. Split your goals into "bite-sized pieces" so that you realize something permanently to your goals. The ordinary sense of achievement will start increasing your confidence.

5. Remember a positive

Come back when you were more confident – It does not matter when particular. Remember what you want. See yourself being confident and calm and serene. Making image larger and more colorful. Add in the sounds that were there when you felt so confident. Then "anchor" that feeling – touch maybe your lobe of the left ear, a Perhaps pinch your thumb and middle finger together, everything that you can use to easily "anchor" feeling. 6. Be yourself

You are who you are. Over time, you can use various techniques of self-improvement for himself and work on improving the things you want to change. But accept you as you are – you'll actually find that you're probably quite friendly "as is".

7. Celebrate failure

You do not learn to walk the first time you faltered on two feet. You probably are not a natural cycling cyclist or car driver either. As we age, we seem to expect to be able to do new things brilliantly the first time we try. Unless it's painting by numbers or anything so easy, this does not happen in real life. Every attempt is just another way that you learned how not to do something. Learn from your mistakes and build on your success.
